Benghazi, Libya — SINOTRUK, in partnership with its authorized distributor in Libya, celebrated the grand opening of its first officially authorized showroom in Benghazi, marking a significant milestone in the company’s localization and market expansion strategy across North Africa.
Strategically located in Benghazi’s key transportation hub, the state-of-the-art showroom features a modern industrial design and integrates vehicle displays, customer consultation zones, and after-sales service areas — forming a one-stop solution for Libyan customers. The facility is designed to meet the rising demand from Libya’s engineering, construction, and logistics sectors, supporting the nation’s ongoing reconstruction and infrastructure revitalization.
The opening ceremony gathered more than 200 distinguished guests, including Libyan government officials, foreign diplomats, and industry representatives. Mr. Song Yang, General Manager of SINOTRUK International, joined the Chairman of the authorized distributor and local dignitaries for the ribbon-cutting ceremony, symbolizing the strong partnership and shared commitment to local market development.
Going forward, SINOTRUK will continue to deepen cooperation with local distributors and accelerate the development of supporting facilities — including a local spare parts center, a training academy, and a KD (knock-down) assembly plant. These initiatives aim to enhance local service capabilities and provide sustained support for Libya’s modernization and economic recovery.
The successful launch of SINOTRUK’s first showroom in Libya underscores the company’s firm commitment to local partnership, customer service, and regional growth. It also serves as a vivid demonstration of SINOTRUK’s global localization strategy, paving the way for continued mutual success in North Africa.
